Black Lives Matter. Sign petitions. Have conversations early with kids about diversity and race - don't delay. Donate to your local bail fund. Identify the systemic racism in our society and make consistent steps to combat it. 

Whether it's pursuing our dreams, working a day job, or raising our voices, everything takes effort. Make effort, but don't give up.
